My experience as a contractor, estimator, and homeowner shapes Candid for Homeowners. I thrive on clear communication and pride myself on hearing what someone actually needs, then connecting them with the best fit.

We work exclusively in Central Virginia, where we have deep local relationships with vetted contractors, designers, and trades.

As early as possible, ideally before you've signed anything. We're most valuable in the planning, budgeting, and contractor-selection stages.
